FAQ shipping, delivery & returns

Q: When will my order arrive? 

All of our orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is made and shipped immediately after.

It takes around 5-15 business days for Australian orders to arrive after shipping.

We only work together with a few handpicked partners from Asia and Europe and ship directly from their warehouses. If you order a few items, they may be dispatched separately, as each supplier specializes in different areas of manufacturing.

Q: How much does shipping cost? 

A: We keep our shipping costs low as possible, which is part of the reason why we ship directly from our suppliers.

That means that shipping is free for all orders over $80.

For orders under $80, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.


Q: What if I need to return an item?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team on info@bleubleulabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process. Products can be returned for store credit. Please be advised that returns are at your own expense.

Q: How long does it take to process a return?

A: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria (unwashed, intact, with tags still on). If everything checks out, we will issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.

Q: Where are my items from? 

A: Like most retailers, we source from a few manufacturers in Asia and Europe. 

We decided to operate this way for three very good reasons:

1. We don`t see a reason for double handling! We love a cute packaging. However, we decided to reduce our carbon footprint by not double shipping and double packing every item.

2. The cost we can save this way, we pass right onto our customers. Win-win!! 

3. We work exclusively with a select group of suppliers who we have a personal relationship with. This ensures that our products meet our high quality standards and are ethically produced.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

Yes!!! We currently ship to 27 countries. Our prices are the same for domestic and international shipping; however shipping times may vary.
